Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrivateAI24 service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. We have kept them short and readable — no surprises.
1. The service
PrivateAI24 provides a private AI environment. You can use it by the hour, as one-off sessions, or on a subscription. In the ephemeral by-the-hour mode, the machine that runs your session is created for you and destroyed when the session ends — nothing is retained afterwards. The service is aimed at professionals and organisations, in particular in regulated sectors.
2. Registration and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam or malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the infrastructure. That is the whole list.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices are shown on the pricing page. By-the-hour sessions are paid up front; subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Payment methods: [payment methods — to be defined]. Applicable taxes (VAT) are added where due.
4. Term and cancellation
By-the-hour use carries no commitment. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period, and you can cancel whenever you want: cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current period. No lock-in.
5. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of everything you put in and everything you get out: your data, prompts, files and generated output remain yours. We do not use your content to train models and we claim no rights over it. The PrivateAI24 software, brand and website remain ours.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. AI output can be imperfect — you remain responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. Any specific service levels are set out in your contract.
8. Data processing
We process personal data within the EU. How we do so is described in our Privacy Policy and, where we process data on your behalf, in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be defined] (EU). Disputes fall under the competent court of [venue — to be defined], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we will publish the updated version here and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
